 Ground breaking for this exciting new luxury high-rise took place in June of 2001 and completion and move-in are anticipated for December 2002. Homes are available for purchase now with prices ranging from $795,000 - 2,500,000. Esplanade Place is currently the fastest-selling project in the Valley with homes priced at one million dollars or more.
